When I first joined the meeting Sylvia advised me I was in the shadows. now I’m a great fan of Cliff, Hank and the boys but I’m afraid my musical skills let me down.
The evening had not long started when our new Chairman admitted that he had difficulty in reading, and later on that he liked to play around, then that he was easily confused, not a very promising start to his tenure.
There were some interesting images, although I found the one of the woodwork tool a bit of a puzzle. I was also concerned that the “Dinner is Ready” image had a very small spoon laid out for Dessert so no Spotted Dick and custard.
It was good to see in the tennis photo that the Lawn Tennis Association has embraced the LGBT community by using a Ball Girl with a goatee beard.
